If a player is part of a family, there is a way to change the registrant to another family member without unenrolling them.
In this case, after a player is registered there is an edit pencil next to the player's name on the Registrant list inside the event. Click the edit pencil and a modal pops up where you can switch the registration to a different family member. This might solve the initial problem you listed at the beginning.

Hi James- thank you for your note! The Customer View you are describing we have been working on for a time now and will be releasing in early spring. This will be an avenue for public booking that will allow customers to be able to register to an event or create a reservation without having an account at your organization. Eventually the goal is to apply this structure on the member side. We are in the process of finishing and will be getting into a beta period here very soon.

Hi Sharon, there is a visual of conflicts of each event date after the event is booked. Also when booking an event the court you choose should say "Conflicted" if there is a date during the range that has a conflict. After you book the event you will see the conflict in the Dates tab. Please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Hey Kevin, thanks for this! I have plans to build Event Templates that can be created in the Location Template and then used in each location. It started and then got paused to finish some bigger fish. But I really want to pick it up again once some of these big things I'm working on are released

Hi there- I see what you're saying. The system's logic is counting the number of teams vs. the number of registrants and while a team might not be full, they're still taking a "spot". A player should not be able to sign themselves up as an individual though, which lessens how this can happen. Registering a player without a parter should only be available from the admin side.
