Emailing members or specific groups of people should have its own button on the sidebar with a simplified way to email specific groups of people (current/past membership category, current/past participants of events), as well as view all emails the system has generated - previous bulk emails and notification emails. Right now, I find this information is scattered in different places throughout CR in the admin panel and it's not as efficient as it could be.
