We’d like to request a system update to help us better manage facility access for non-active members. Specifically, we are looking to prevent the following account types from scanning in at check-in kiosks or through the app:
Members with a Paused Membership, Suspension, Canceled Membership, or Medical Pause
Former members who have canceled and are now in Guest Status
If possible, please disable the barcode scan option for these account types. This would require these individuals to check in manually at the Front Desk and pay the applicable Guest Fee, ensuring proper access control and billing.
Please let us know if a setting or workaround exists to enforce this restriction.
