We are experiencing something similar because we have our Guests under a "Guest membership". When they scan their barcode, it is the same ding and it's not flagging that they need to pay the guest day pass.
If there was a way to color code the Membership types, it would be a good visual cue that we need to charge them.
Or if there was a way to change the sound so that guests have the "error" sound to indicate that they need to pay. The "you're approved" sound makes them think it's automatically charging them and they are good to go.
Can you add a component to change the Membership color indicators in the Check-in bar, or can you add a sound option for the different membership scans so the front desk can easily distinguish when someone needs to pay for a day pass?
