Hi Angela, thank you for sharing this idea! At this time, convenience fees can only be used for online payments. Because there are additional legal and compliance considerations for applying convenience fees to in-person transactions, we don’t currently support that option.

Thank you for sharing this idea! To keep billing records accurate and compliant, we don’t allow edits to invoices once they’ve been finalized. If an amount needs to be changed, the best practice is to void and reissue the invoice.
