Good news, we released an update earlier this week to help address this. POS sales with multiple items now post as individual lines on the Transaction List instead of one lump "Point of Sale" entry. Now the description for all POS sales shows the item name and quantity.

Hi, Emily. This ability is live. Multi-item POS sales now post as individual line items, so you can refund a single item from a cart instead of the whole sale (with the option to return-to-stock on the item you send back). Thanks for submitting this idea.

Hello, earlier this week we released our Promo Code feature which will allow clubs to create promo codes against a range of fees, including events. There is also the ability to add optional controls around the code so it will only work if the amount they're paying for is above a certain threshold. You can access this feature by going to your Settings -> Billing Settings -> Promo Codes.

If you have any questions as you go through the setup process please be sure to check out our Knowledge Base articles or reach out to our support team and they'd be happy to assist. Have a great day.

Hi Tim, thank you for your feedback. This feature is something we want to add to promo codes eventually as part of a future phase. At this time I can't provide an ETA of when that will be added but we are collecting all of this feedback. Thanks!
