This should be a system setting and not require manually intervention by an admin

I am throwing my support to this and want to be clear on what we would need - if a guest is added to an event or registration and we are requiring up front payment, the guest fee should also be paid up front.  Currently it is excluded and as noted in this enhancement request, ends up having our members carry a balance that they must manually resolve.  We do have some use for Guest Fee punch cards and that should be an option as well.  We have chosen an all up front payment approach for our club and having guest fees excluded creates unnecessary work for the admin and the member and reduces satisfaction during the registration workflow.

Love this request, we need it, it takes too much time away from the pro to release courts manually.
