I should clarify, it's importing to existing groups. 
I know you can get a report of members and use that to create a group. But once a group is created, you can't simple import and refresh the group members.

Actually I don't think the above is true. 

The CR agent told me that each player incurs 2 hours after 2 hours of doubles... 
But testing with our members, it doesn't seem like it's the case...
A member was able to book 6 hours of doubles, incurring 3 hour prime time cost...
Maybe the fix is that CR hire people who actually know their product.
