I would love this, but as a desk person I would also love to know and keep a running list! If this is implemented a pop up screen with a
"Today is 'members' birthday!" would be amazing too!
This is a smart idea, and would help both sides of operations! Hope CR runs this soon for minimum a new years promotion other teams using CR might want to offer. Another idea would be to set parameters on the times used too, therefore a 1-4pm special cannot be applied during our busy 5-7 rush!
Hi Mr. Owens, I have tried mounting an ipad for signatures, however on the user profile under waivers only signed copies will pop up, herein lies the issue. My two options are like Mr. Sexton suggested have members walk behind the desk for a signature, or have myself walk around the desk to manipulate the ipad to prompt for a signature. Now I don't mean to sound lazy, but our desk is easily 10 ft long and the process would require anyone to spend an additional 1-2 minutes per person for check in, which during a rush would hold a lot of members up. I hope you reconsider allowing external signature pads to ease business flow!
This is a great idea! I hope CR implements this!
Could be very helpful to filter private rooms, or a building with multi purpose uses (tennis, pickleball, etc)
You could add a button in filter to "Save as Schedule", then a "name schedule" option, and have a button near where the 'today' button is on expanded schedule in order to toggle between different shortened/filtered schedules!
Adding a function to see Guest passes on memberships would be lovely for our business too! As well as we have ran into the issue when we receive walk in guests. The ability to link them under a guest, and utilize a "guest pass" to book them would be convenient and useful for many!

This would be a 10/10 feature so long as there is a face to it so people do not check in under someone else. However, i am sure a lot of members would enjoy adding pictures of their families + fun travels whilst setting their own!
