Restrict Coaching hours while not using up a member's booking slot

We would like to restrict the number of hours that a coach can give (private) lessons per week, but at the same time ensure that the lesson is not applied to the member's booking slots.

Currently, we can create a new Reservation Type that bypasses the count of member's booking slots and a new Custom Scheduler to ensure only coaches have access to this Reservation Type.  However, due to the bypass, restrictions to the coach's membership type is also ignored, meaning that we can't control the number of hours/courts/etc. that the coach can book.
