What exactly are you looking to color based on check-in status?  The player's name on the scheduler?

Great idea - we are adding this to the development queue today.  We will add this to the member report so when you choose the reservation/event dates, you will get two additional options (Court Type and Court).  Then you can extract all the info and email!

Right now when players or members are purchasing memberships, there are no approvals in place at all.  This idea is to add a new approval level at the membership level instead of the CR account level.
