ran into this problem again with summer memberships.  court fees are automatically adjusted for private bookings but not events so we have to manually do that.

checking on status of adding event coordinators.  I've been paying for 7 "instructors" for months, but I only actually have 4 instructors, because three of them I need to classify as "instructors" for the purposes of sticking them on as event coordinators.

definitely need this.  also, need to be able to set custom default batch billing settings (for example default right now is to NOT charge credit cards, just invoices, which I never do, and, today I mistakenly ran the whole thing, forgetting to charge credit cards, so I had to run it twice on a lot of people.  oops!

Hi. it looks like this only works for events and NOT lessons.  We reviewed and can't get it working for my lessons.

is this so that we dont have to have an "instructor" as a person running a group play event?  for example, right now someone has to be an "instructor" to be the name on a group play event which doesn't make sense... because 1) they aren't instructors, 2) I'll be having a lot of different coordinators eg often just a member and I shouldn't have to pay $5/month for each of them.
