Hi Jon, at this time that space below the member list is used when you click on a member's row. When you click on the row, that member's profile shows up for review. You can update their information without having to navigate away from the list.

Hi Len and Doug- the Automatic Refunds do not provide refunds after the event has started. At this time we would not expand this to Automatically refunding after the event is started because we want to leave it up to the organization to decide if and how much of a refund should be given. Though, we can look at expanding the cancellation auto refund rule capabilities.
