We're currently writing requirements and looking to add this one to our plan soon. 
Would a Year Month display work? Ex: 8y 2m
With this feature we would also add a output to the Event Detail report for player age (as of "today")

I believe they're looking for a way to show what change is due from the admin portal payment screen. Currently, only the POS add-on has a function to show what change is due on a cash sale. 

A great idea though, thank you for submitting! It's on our radar for enhancing the system!
