We really need this feature too! We're in a lower income area and our plans look way too expensive when people look at the annual amount.

Have my votes too! I currently have to change a member's name to "Tom (Collect Payment) Jones" in order to get my front desk staff to make sure they intercept the Member and collect payment for outstanding invoices.  It would be great to have some method to have a "Check-In Notes" that would pop up after the player gets checked in so we can have staff follow through with items that need to be addressed such as collecting an invoice or getting a card on file.
