I would love to have our club be part of the testing group if possible.
We actually need to charge individually for extra family members on a family account. Is this not the correct way to set this up?: Our family accounts allow 2 adults and up to three children living in the same family dwelling. If the family has an extra adult living with them, we sign up that person with a individual membership "adult dependent (AD)". The primary of the family account still pays for the whole family account including the AD, but it adds an extra charge to the membership, which allows us to set all the other memberships to age out children over the age of 26. Some families have several extra children on the account so we charge (AC) "additional child", memberships. If there is another way, please let us know.
Yes- please add a pop-up or other type of notification.
This would be great to see on the member's account via a pop -up or note or whatever as well. It would make it easier for the staff to quickly see who has punches available.
Our club is the same Timothy. We too need this.
We would for sure be utilizing this a ton. Great idea!
This would be fantastic! We are currently still using several different programs to do several different things, ie- constant contact, airtable, swish, tennisrungs.com, adp, quickbooks and of course punch cards, gift certificates and google docs to run our club . It's very difficult to keep it all straight. If CR could do all of it or most of it, it would be AMAZING! Starting with a demo tracking module would be a super big chunk and save a boat load of time for sure. Great idea!
Any new info on this. We really need to be able to offer discount codes on enrollment fees.

Will this be available soon? This would really help with all the questions from members not knowing how to read their accounts, and to be able to see what check paid for what bill. I always get the question "what was my balance after that check?", which forces us to have to spend several hours creating excel spreadsheets, like the one Jeff did above, to help them to understand.
