If a fee is applied and not paid in CourtReserve, then it does allow you to void.  If the fee is paid on the CR side, the you can't void it, it must be refunded since the transaction has been processed.  Now, if you do the refund before the charge is settled (within 24 hours), it will just be a void on the card and the consumer will never see the charge on their credit card statement.
