Agree.  We filter events by DUPR, but not all players get a rating. It would help significantly if CR provided the ability to select BOTH or EITHER (AND/OR) when using multiple event restrictions, specifically DUPR and Member Group for players who get assessed outside DUPR.  Manual exceptions are bad for member relations and tedious for staff.
