Thank you for posting this feature request! We recently wrapped up a bunch of great improvements to Bulk Email, which are now available to our first group of beta customers. We’re currently working through their initial feedback, and once we've addressed everything, we’ll be releasing these updates to our second beta group. I’ve added you to that next group. 😁

Here’s an overview of what’s new:

• Create and manage multiple draft emails

• Create and manage email templates

• Improved Create Email flow

• Send test emails to system users

• Schedule emails for a future date and time
