I apologize for the late response, I am going to reach out to you through live support so our team can take a deeper look into this. How you are describing your request is how the Reservations + Events tab is intended to work. If 10 hours are given to players under the Reservations + Events tab, this should give players a total of 10 hours that can go towards reservations or events. I'll be reaching out shortly, and will be marking this as completed since this is how this tab is currently intended to work.

Hi there,
Last week, we released a new setting labelled "Restrict Name and Date of Birth Edits on Member Portal" setting under Settings > Portal Settings > Setup.
This will restrict players from editing their First Name, Last Name, or Date of Birth after finishing the sign-up form for your organization!

Good afternoon,
This morning we released a new "Include Drop-In Registrations in Reservation Count" setting under Booking Settings > Restrictions > By Reservation Count! This will allow organizations to count both reservations and drop-in registrations towards any "By Reservation Count" restriction!
