Hi there,
I reached out to you in late July when we released the update for this, but forgot to update the status for this post! In late July, we released an update that would allow reservation owners to edit their reservation after it was paid for with punches. Going to mark this as completed! 😁

Hi there Nicole,
This is currently possible! If a lesson is paid for with a punch, and then is cancelled, it should go to the Pending Refunds page. This can also be done on the Member Details page under Billing > Transactions > Punch Usage when clicking the Refund icon on a fee paid for with a punch.
