Hi there! I'm so happy you posted this today. And I'm super excited to share that have this COMPLETED and RELEASED. I should have included it in the October Release notes but missed it. I will cover it in the webinar tomorrow.

How to enable this!
When editing the Custom Rating category. 

1. Make sure you ENABLE "Allow Members to Update this Rating in the Member Portal"
2. When this is enabled, another setting will appear- "Do Not Allow Member to Update Rating After Creation" - ENABLE this checkbox

When this 2nd setting is enabled, users will be able to set their rating in the Member Portal the first time, but once it's set only an admin can edit it.
