We wanted to close the loop on this request: we don't have plans to add Prime Time or reservation-based restrictions (court/day caps) into Public Booking. This is intentional — Public Booking is meant to be a flexible revenue channel, and we'd recommend managing usage through your pricing structure (e.g., higher visitor/public rates) rather than hard caps, so you're still capturing value when a member books outside their member profile.
Thanks for the suggestion. This is now solvable through Auto Assigning Packages — you can configure a guest pass package to auto-assign to members based on membership tier, so passes are granted automatically rather than requiring manual setup per member. Learn more here: Auto Assigning Packages
On top of that, members who want additional guest passes beyond their auto-assigned allotment can purchase Guest Pass Packages directly. Learn more here: Guest Pass Packages
This doesn't build the pass in as a native membership attribute, but it gets you the same outcome — automatic free passes plus a paid option for more. Reach out to support if you have any questions to set this up!
This can be solved today using Auto Assigning Packages: you can set up a guest pass package that's automatically assigned to members based on their membership tier, so members get their free guest pass(es) without any manual work on your end. Learn more here: Auto Assigning Packages
And if a member wants more guest passes beyond what's auto-assigned, they can purchase additional Guest Pass Packages on top of that. Learn more here: Guest Pass Packages
This is a bit different from a fully automatic "free pass baked into membership" model, but between auto-assignment and purchasable top-ups, it should cover the core of what you were asking for. Reach out to support if you run into any gaps setting it up!
Good news — we've implemented support for Packages for Guest Fees! Players can now have a package purchased/assigned specifically for covering guest fees, so guests can be paid for using a punch from that package.
Note: this is a dedicated package type for guest fees rather than an extension of existing punch card packages, so a separate package will need to be set up for this use case.
