I tried the Fixed Duration. I like the ability to add several different time slots. I find the FD functionality restricts the reservation time duration for the specified time segment. It does not restrict when the reservation type can (& cannot) be reserved.

My idea was not clear. The suggestion is to add time segments to the schedulers which restrict the reservation type to the time interval selected

I need to rethink the suggestion on Primetime. Caveat: I have no idea what is involved in the programming..

Currently in order to see what reservation types are restricted by Prime Time the Admin needs to drill into each reservation type to see if Prime Time is enabled. Then check the Prime Time setting to see when it is restricted. To see the time available to reserve you need to reference the scheduler(s)

In order to centralize this functionality what if the schedulers are 'Boss" where an Admin can easily view/modify the reservation type.

  • Reservation time segments
  • Authorized memberships/groups
  • Prime time segments
  • Override Time In Advance a Court can be Booked

Here is an Example:

Club Reservation Restrictions

  • Mondays
    • 8:30 – 11:30. Pickleball singles-  Prime Time
  • Tuesdays
    • 8:30 -11am. Pickleball singles - Prime Time
    • 5-8pm Pickleball doubles  - Prime Time
  • Wednesday
    • 5-9 PM. No PB singles or doubles

We are finding that members are not seeing Global Announcements (GA) or are late reading them.


A GA option to escalate to important resulting in a user having to acknowledged the GA before they can access the App is useful. The pop-up should not only appear when a user logs in but also whenever the app is launched.

This would be very useful when immediate action is required. I.e. closing courts due to weather, last minute schedule changes/ cancellations.

Thanks MoorePark Booking for inputting this idea as I was just about to input. I would upvote this but I'm out of votes. :-).

Great idea Sharon! We are having issues with members canceling and then the event ends up with only 3 players on the court. Totally agree. Unfortunately I'm out of votes!

Increase the functionality of CR mass emails. 

  1. Email Templates - templates have many applications. Useful options - the ability to store logos such as sponsors or affiliates in a header or footer section. Specific verbiage that is often reused, signatures, url's & pics all come to mind
  2. Email History - the history was a very good add. The ability to open previously sent emails to modify (verbiage and recipients) and then "Send Again" would be useful.

Great idea. 

The ability to customize the Welcome email with Club info such as new gate code, updates etc would be advantages.

The Welcome email is currently restricted to members that have not logged into CR.

Add the functionality to identify & choose members that purchase a membership (irrespective if they have or have not logged into CR) to receive this email to ensure all purchasers receive relevant info. Also adding the functionality to choose/deselect any members for the distribution list would improve the functionality & application
