While we don't have a signature pad functionality, we do have the functionality to have an iPAD or another tablet to be used for signing.  I've seen numerous clubs that have these mounted on the front desk. Have you explored that?

Due to the way states legislate "extra" charges as it relates to membership dues, we have stayed away from this - plus this is a feature that less than 1% of our users would ever adopt.  For now, we would ask you to use POST FEEs to do this in mass if this is something you want to impose.

We have been very successful with our current scalable approach of a live chat customer support representative.  Our team is always willing and able to offer a zoom call as an option if you ever come up against a problem that cannot be solved efficiently and effectively using our current process.
