A system that would allow us to track and, after so many guest visits, blocks a guest from appearing on a reservation, would be great.

I really like this idea.  Instant feedback, particularly after beginner clinics, is an important aspect of developing a success program for beginners.

Is this not covered by CR where sub admins are not allowed to complete registration who do not meet criteria?
