We will not be moving on this. Admins/Sub-admins can only share an email between locations when they are part of an enterprise. Best practices recommending providing employees with a business email address.
Hi there! The logic for age already works this way. A player must be the age listed by the start date of the event. They can register in advance as long as they will be the required age by the start date. If they are trying to register and their birthday falls after the start date then they will be prevented and will need admin assistance.

Hi there! I know it's been a little bit since you wrote this post, but our team has reviewed this and I wanted to make sure you were aware of current function where you can already do this. But we do have some work to do to make this more clear on the user side.
In an event's setup page, when an event has a full price component there is an option below the pricing table to turn off full price registration when there are X days remaining in the event (class, lesson, program).
Example: My event has 5 dates, but i don't want players to register after the 2nd date. I would enter 3 in the box to turn off registration when there were 3 dates left. See my image at the bottom.
Where we need to improve this is on the member portal side. Currently we are not displaying a "Closed" status on the event like we do when registration has turned off x time prior to the start. The status should update to "Closed" and the button on the event list should change to "View Details". Then on the Event Details page we should show the "Registration Closed" status. We already hide the "Register" button, so it's just about making sure they understand it's closed.
