This is still a problem in our organization.  Doesn't anyone else have this happen?

All events are not created equal.  It would be nice to be able to create different event notifications for different events.  For example, one event we have is a drop-in clinic where the pro would like to post the cancellation procedure (with his phone number) on the automatic notification to the registrant.  I can set that up for him, however, another event is a Ladies Mixer.  This is a free event, run by members, so the verbiage that the pro wants at the bottom of his event notification has nothing to do with the Ladies Mixer - yet as an event, those same words would be at the bottom of the Ladies Mixer notification, where it has no bearing.

Yes! Would love the ability to load an email into the system (whether a 'form' email or unique) and schedule it to go out in the future.

I have a customized email confirmation for a tennis clinic – an ‘event’ – that we have every week. On it there are specialized instructions of what to do to cancel one’s spot at the last minute.

I just set up registration for a one-time social event. Because the above custom email does not apply to this social, I have to delete the custom clinic email until the social is over, or it will get attached to the confirmation to the registrants of the one-time event.

All ‘events’ are definitely not the same, so the ability to create multiple confirmation emails would be useful and appreciated.

I agree that I would like to add a subadmin to our volunteer leadership team that manages the website settings only, or even just the portal settings. I really don't want this person to be a full admin or have access to financial and reservation permissions. Is this possible in the future?

I heartily agree!!!!!  With TennisBookings we did not have this issue. This is a problem for our small club (6 courts) that has set-in-stone 90 minute reservation blocks.  Members see a lot of 'UNAVAILABLE' on the calendar around the Morning League matches (which only cross 15 minutes into the earlier reservation block, yet render the rest of the 75 minutes unreservable), and USTA matches.  Even though those courts can still be played on in a drop-in fashion, they can't be reserved...so this requires a lot of member education...and is optically unpleasing to the members to see a lot of 'UNAVAILABLE' time slots.  Thanks for considering.
