A guest database would be great and the ability to limit guest attendance would be even better! We have limits on guest attendance but there's no good way to enforce/track that at the moment for true guests.

We also have this issue with junior events/clinics where the number of registrants appears higher than the actual number of participants because we have to register grandparents to add grandchildren as guests. It causes confusion when members see that events are overbooked and adds work for admins as we have to continually raise the maximum number of participants because some players registered are not truly attending. Would love the ability to link a guest to a member without having to register the member as a participant!

We're in the same boat with two different costs for a family guest fee vs. a true guest fee. It's difficult to figure out which category they belong in without creating extra work for our members of having to stop by the desk or send an extra email notifying us of the family guests. Would love some sort of drop down or another way to designate which guest type when creating a reservation!

I love the custom email message feature and I hope that it will soon be updated to include all system generated messages! The ability to edit waitlist confirmation and event auto-registration emails would be very helpful as there is no good way to communicate waitlist settings that are auto-registration up until X hours in advance. The system only displays to users "player will be auto-registered based on their spot in the queue" on the event page and there is not currently a good way to communicate that it is only until X hours in advance which causes confusion.

Wanted to put some support behind this idea because we're running into issues with waitlist confusion for events as well! Our settings are to auto-register in order of waitlist position up until 24 hours in advance. (We have a 24 hour cancellation policy so we don't want to register folks within that window if their plans have changed and then they're unable to cancel.) There's not a great way to communicate that policy to our players because on the event page, it only lists that the player will be auto-registered based on their spot in the queue. We're going to create an event disclosure until a better solution is available, but this is confusing for players as well because it will be attached to all event registrations, not just those registering for the waitlist.
