I am going to mark this as Not Planned - the Payment button above the circle in your screenshot will open a pay window with all unpaid fees selected and ready to be paid with one transaction. You can also manually edit which fees are being paid and which aren't.

Members have the same "Payment" (pay all) button on their end as well.

I am going to mark this as Not Planned as it is something the system can already do - under Booking Settings > Restrictions there is a By Court Type section where you could set the restrictions to 1 PB court and 1 tennis court per day.

I am going to mark this as Not Planned - there is a way to make this possible currently in the system. You can make your hours of operation 12am - 12am, and then create a custom scheduler that limits your members to your open hours.

You can even use that custom scheduler as the display for your hours of operation on the member portal.
