Great news - Branded Domains is now publicly available as of today, July 8th!

Just to reiterate, this feature is available exclusively to customers on our Scale or Enterprise plans. If you'd like to upgrade, you can do so directly from your Subscription page. Thank you so much for taking the time to submit this thoughtful suggestion!

We completely understand the challenges you've outlined, especially for larger clubs with overlapping member names. We've scoped a solution that will display the last four digits of the member’s phone number - not only when searching in Point of Sale, but also when players are added to reservations and share the same name. This should significantly reduce confusion and friction for your staff and members.

We’re excited about this enhancement and are targeting a release within the next 2–3 weeks. We’ll keep you updated once it’s live.
