Hi Michael,

Thank you for taking the time to share this on our idea board! We wanted to let you know that we’ve released an update - now, when you create a reservation or lesson that includes a note, that note will be recorded in the audit log with the Create action. Any future edits to the note will continue to be tracked as well.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this idea and additional information! This is actually something the system already supports through the Discounts feature found under Settings > Booking Settings.
