We were thinking about this as well. Maybe when staff cancel a reservation, there could be a question that pops up asking if the patron should be charged a no show or late cancellation fee? Or if the patron cancels their reservation 4 hours before the start time, they get charged the late cancellation fee
I second this at our facilities. We have some league captains for multiple leagues or teams who need their invoices separate. Being able to pick and choose what goes on the invoice would be helpful with this.
Hi there! Adding onto this, students aren't able to transfer themselves between programs with ease. Unless they are speaking with our staff, they withdraw from a program and proceed to pay again and enroll in another program. If students aren't fine with account credit, we have to refund to the original form of payment and pay more fees to process this. An event transfer system for both admins and members would be appreciated.
Hi there! Just floating this back up again. One of our biggest sites have been receiving numerous complaints from patrons due to this issue. When staff explain the issue, patrons proceed to get more upset at the system and this being a recurring issue for some time. Though the workaround is closures, due to programs getting cancelled due to low enrollment or growing to allow for more participants or offerings, it takes up a lot of admin time to either make sure the courts are blocked or to release blocks.
Hi there! I had originally meant the Waitlist column on the Events Summary, so it would be the Pickleball Program Summary in the picture. However, since posting, I been informed that the Events Summary includes participants that have cancelled in the Registered column and Total Revenue is a projected number, so we will not be using the Events Summary for session participation and revenue numbers. Thanks for reaching out!
Hello again, we have also found that students are enrolling in Class A, realizing it's the wrong class, withdrawing out of Class A, and then enrolling and paying for Class B without waiting for a refund. An easier event transfer method would be appreciated on the Member Portal as well
I would like to use this too at our facilities to have students in regular classes get discounts for joining a social or special event or discounted events for our email subscribers and/or social media community

Thanks for the replies Kim!
Regarding #1, I made a screen recording of the issue and have sent it to the team through Live Chat.
For #2, I think what will help is to get this change implemented: https://feedback.courtreserve.com/communities/1/topics/1620-assign-students-to-courts-for-an-entire-session. If it's easier for our team to assign courts to students for the whole session, then on Who's Here Today, it'll just show the court that they are assigned to and not take up too much space.
