Is there a new ETA for this very useful feature?
To clarify, this refers to the web app, not the mobile app which already supports this feature.
Being able to do a mass delete of people that we specify either via the result of a report, or through a CSV spreadsheet is still of great use to us. It should also be helpful to Court Reserve for clubs to remove obsolete people from the system in order to save space for you? Any chance this can be considered?
I know this topic is not getting many votes, but it is a huge issue for us since we keep having users who accidentally delete their family members which generates headaches regarding billing, user history, etc. Yet, we cannot disable the setting to add/delete family members since we absolutely need our members to be able to add their spouses/kids to their family. If you cannot split these two options, could you please provide an easier way for us to handle users that are accidentally deleted. Do we have a way to resurrect them?
With the new "Duplicate Email" function, our communications coordinator now sends a single email to herself and if happy with the results, she "duplicates" the email and sends to our membership. This more or less does what you are looking for?
This function would be very useful and hopefully not too difficult to implement since we already have it for tennis ratings?
I believe this function has been implemented and we can now set our memberships with one time price to auto-cancel if not paid within X days, and optionally assign to another membership type. Thank you for this!
But it is missing an email notification to the user to let them know that their membership has been canceled due to non-payment (similar to event/court booking auto-cancelation) and/or moved to another membership type. Could this email notification be added or even better, let us customize email text for this scenario? This would make this function complete.
Hi Kim, we would also like to have this implemented. We have some events where we also specify the names in the court bookings (which we do separately as opposed to using court assignment in the event, since it gives us more flexibility). In this case, we do not want the event to send reminder notifications since the booking will do so and we want to avoid duplicates. But we have other cases where the event results in a big block booking on the schedule and we do not add the registrant names. In this case, we would like the event to send a reminder notification since the booking will not. Therefore it would be useful for us to be able to decide per event whether it sends out notifications or not. Let me know if you require more examples.. Annie

To clarify, we would like a mandatory email option that applies to Add Family Member as well as just the initial create user.
