It would be great if the Tennis Rungs functionality could be integrated with our member data in Court Reserve as we are having issues keeping the two lists in sync.  We have people in Tennis Rungs from last year that are no longer members this year and I think we need to find them manually to remove them?  Is there an easier way?

Any chance of this being implemented?  It would make our event setup for junior programs so much easier.

The search that seems the slowest is the Member->Families search.  If we enter a name (e.g. Chow),  we often don't get any results (even though there should be some), or the results are slow to come back.

The Member->List search also feels slower but that might not actually be the case.

No because it seems the more people we have in our database, the slower the searches have become.  So we would like to clean up and delete any past members who are no longer part of our club.

The setting needs to be per reservation type since we do have reservation types where admin just blocks off time slots without players

As we were evaluating 3rd party tennis ladders to use this season while we wait for the integrated one from Court Reserve, we put some thought into what we would like to see in a Court Reserve ladder.  Please consider the following functions/capabilities when creating a ladder module that is hopefully integrated with the rest of Court Reserve

• Support for both box and challenge ladders with flexible scoring capabilities including tie breaker rules
• Integrate with member data so that participants do not have to replicate data including age, gender, email, tennis rating, etc.
• Support for both singles or doubles ladders
• For each ladder created, provide the capability of limiting enrollment by age, gender, tennis rating
• Integrated email exchange between the challenger(s) and the player(s) being challenged;
• Allow admin to specify wording of the challenge email (to include club specific rules)
• If doubles, all 4 participants should be included in the email exchange

• Integrated court booking for the ladder challenge – provide a setting to determine whether or not this counts towards players' booking quotas

• Allow fee for joining the ladder to be optionally charged or not
• Allow user to temporarily take him/herself off the ladder or prevent challenges without affecting position on the ladder (e.g. vacation, injury, etc.)
• Settings configured by Admin
• Set how many levels up or down you can challenge
• Settings for how many days after a challenge must the match be accepted and then played
• Automatic default if challenge is not accepted
• Automatic removal or suspension from ladder if user inactive for X days/weeks

Any idea when your ladder module might be coming?

The Suspend after X days field does not work for us because we are One Time Price as opposed to a regularly billing frequency (at least this is what support told us, and also when I tested, the overdue account was not suspended after x days of purchase).   Currently we have no way of forcing people to pay their memberships short of manually cancelling or suspending them, yet while they have unpaid one time price fees, they can still register for our events

Along the same lines, it would be great if we could do a mass move of people between memberships
