Hi Christine, I see you submitted this request around the time when our support team was assisting you with a question maybe around this? Do you mean when a player has Registered for a FULL SESSION event you're wanting them to be able to withdraw from single dates instead of looking at the start of the entire session? This seemed to be the case in the ticket, but I just wanted to clarify since you can currently limit when a player can withdraw from an event down to the minute prior to the event start. But if it's a full session, they can only withdraw up until the start of their first event date and it's an all dates thing.

Hi Julie, we will look to add this to the "Canceled On" column in the cancellation tab of the event.

This can be seen in the Audit Log in the meantime.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for submitting this! I just wanted to clarify- are you asking for a setting to be able to do this because it's currently happening and players are allowed to register without a partner when they submit their own registration?

In it's current state, Team Registrations should not be allowing a member to complete their registration without adding a partner.
If you find that this is happening, please reach out to our support team with an example.

An admin can do this, but a sub-admin who does not have permission to override the event restrictions should not be able to do this.

We do add a setting a setting to do this, but I just wanted to understand if this is currently happening.

Hi Angela,
First off- thank you for all of the AMAZING DETAIL in this post. We greatly appreciate all the descriptions and examples!

We're actually getting ready to release an update to the entire admin registration process later this month that I believe will address this issue. If you've seen our new Admin Event Registration flow for Team events, you've seen it. But we're going to make it apply across all events in CR, not just teams.

When registering a player to an event as an admin, you'll see the player's membership in a drop-down search and you'll see their membership status. When adding them to the table, that status and membership will remain visible and in red so you know something is wrong before you even complete their registration.

If you'd like to have me move you to this new visual now, we can. Just reach out to our support team and request the "New Admin Event Registration". See some screenshot below.

Hi Caroline,
Our Book a Pro scheduler has a "Prevent Sandwich Times" setting. Have you tried this as a solution?

Hi Jenn,
We have clubs with 10s of thousands of members to not sure this one is doable from an "all members mass push." What about if we did this at an event level? Or from the Who's Here Today check-in page level? Or have you considered using the Members Signing Page URL and emailing your members with a button to this link so they can sign their new waiver? You don't need to push a waiver to a queue to make it active for signature.
