Forgot that we noticed this too - please escalate this ASAP :)

Our situation is that depending on the season, the hours change, but because the Hours of Operation are monolithic, the Schedulers and Calendars look out of kilter for the week or two prior to the change as people sign up for 7am instead of 6am (we're in AZ, we play in the mornings...)
We realize we can override the Hours of Operations in the Events, but the member facing parts are not so lucky.

We have to keep track of HOA Cards - this would be very helpful!!

Another unintended consequence of the new Rating Tab is that our Custom Fields that are related to our Rating Process are now on different tabs from the Club Rating itself - perhaps Custom Fields could be set to display on either the Details or Rating Tab, rather than only the Member Details tab by default?

We too prefer the %Pts Won version over 1 up/1 down and have seen similar issues.

We try to manually seed the initial session by tracking the previous 3-4 months history but would like some way to not have every player with 100% Pts Won move the first session be worth 5 spots if they had one good session compared against 3-4 months of 75% play.

We've had questions come back where someone wins 3 or 4 of 4 games and beat everyone on their court and lost 2 spots as well.

Perhaps we're not using the Ladder League correctly by only playing 4 weeks at a time and then resetting?

What do others do?

Whether it is an Event Registration, Reserve Booking or League Opt In, let the clubs decide what the rules are and give us a way to restrict them please.

Thanks Kim!

We did find a workaround that might be worth adding to the Help page, thanks to the tooltip advising that by changing the current One-Time Price Membership to the Future one to postdate the new Membership out far enough that it will not Expire for a couple weeks.

This only works until the end of June when our current season ends and the new one begins... ;)

This also affects those that choose to Pay by Check, rather than eCheck or Credit Card via CR.

We use One Time Fee Memberships as we have a specific Start/End date for each season with a single rate for the whole season. We just began the transition from our first season with CR onto our second one and discovered the same issue that Lorraine brings up, where a member that just renewed their 2026/27 membership and requested to Pay by Check finds their new membership has IMMEDIATELY Expired and is not allowing them to Register or Reserve.

We are a 55+ HOA Community Club that has NEVER had someone NOT pay their dues, so we NEED an Initial Grace Period.

I read on the Facebook page for CR Admins that there is a potential beta tester phase for Shogo - can you tell us more?

Our specific challenge is getting our Convenience Fee revenue and Stripe Fee expense for each transaction into QBO - when our bank detail comes into QBO with a lump sum from Stripe that includes these two fees, it is difficult to match the money to the correct accounts.

Looks like Shogo is not the answer?
