Are you talking about Events that have a preset number of players?
If so, I would agree that it would be nice if we started with 4 courts assigned to an Event for a max of 24 players (6 per court in our case) if the system would automatically reduce the courts and max based on how many are signed up by X hours/days in advance...thereby allowing other players to Reserve.
Currently, we check at the end of the day before and do this function manually.
If you see the red triangle, the Conflicts text is hyperlinked to a pop up that will give you some info, if not the ID #
The pop up 'appears' to have hyperlinks to the other Event, but if you click on them nothing happens...would be nice to have that work or remove the hand mouse tool

It's annoying to deal with data that looks like this:

We would like to be able to have HOA Members that haven't joined the Club yet to sign up for a free Intro to PB clinic, but only ask the bare minimum of info of them, not like we do for full-fledged New Members that we're requiring they have a Paid Membership to join and need to know experience, etc.
In further discussion with the Support Team I found out that the One Time Price Memberships were not intended to use the Grace Period, so this is not a bug.
Should I create a new Idea Story or leave this as a comment on this ticket?
I am thinking this may be a BUG, not a really new Idea.
We set up One Time Price Memberships, which a number of our members prepurchased before the July 1, 2025 Start Date.
They were able to Register/Book for the 10 days we had set the Grace Period to and then their memberships were Auto-Canceled after the 15 days we set that field to.
However, now when we sell the same Membership via the Admin screen, so the member may Pay by Check, it auto-expires their membership and then Auto-Cancels it if we don't get the check before the routine runs overnight.
If the two fields do not function once the Start Date has passed, then change the tooltip text to reflect that...and then offer us another option for Pay by Check members that prefer to mail in their checks.

We want to keep members from reserving the Ball Machine until they've attended the Training for it. This would make it easy to restrict based on a Custom Field like we already can by Custom Rating.
Lottery that is randomized seems fairest.
An issue we had with the lottery system in our previous system was that it was based on number of days played in the last 30 days. This seemed fine at first, but being a snowbird centric location, when the snowbirds returned, the year-round members had points in the system, so they would go a couple of weeks not being able to play until things normalized.
Would be great to help us create Member Lists by the Committee(s) they serve on, for example.
