In further discussion with the Support Team I found out that the One Time Price Memberships were not intended to use the Grace Period, so this is not a bug.

Should I create a new Idea Story or leave this as a comment on this ticket?

I am thinking this may be a BUG, not a really new Idea.

We set up One Time Price Memberships, which a number of our members prepurchased before the July 1, 2025 Start Date.

They were able to Register/Book for the 10 days we had set the Grace Period to and then their memberships were Auto-Canceled after the 15 days we set that field to.

However, now when we sell the same Membership via the Admin screen, so the member may Pay by Check, it auto-expires their membership and then Auto-Cancels it if we don't get the check before the routine runs overnight.

If the two fields do not function once the Start Date has passed, then change the tooltip text to reflect that...and then offer us another option for Pay by Check members that prefer to mail in their checks.

We want to keep members from reserving the Ball Machine until they've attended the Training for it.  This would make it easy to restrict based on a Custom Field like we already can by Custom Rating.

Lottery that is randomized seems fairest.

An issue we had with the lottery system in our previous system was that it was based on number of days played in the last 30 days.  This seemed fine at first, but being a snowbird centric location, when the snowbirds returned, the year-round members had points in the system, so they would go a couple of weeks not being able to play until things normalized.

Would be great to help us create Member Lists by the Committee(s) they serve on, for example.

Yes - as an HOA Club, we do not have staff to do check-ins, and we have problems with those that don't check-in and/or those that do not sign up but just show up.

Our Club Rating process requires us to determine who the middle 50% from each level. 

Those that want to level up play a 3 game, 4 player Round Robin with members from that subset of the target group and need to score a minimum of 23 pts.  

We use Round Robins to help determine who the middle 50% is, so being able to run both the Round Robins and capture the data from the matches would help us immensely!
