Custom Schedulers for Instructors & Ball Machines
The idea here is to build the ability to set up custom schedules for an instructor and/or ball machine.

Request for members to order items from POS online via Member Portal. We don't have retail store & inventory. We manually order member embroidered club logo shirts & caps from a Screenprint Vendor but have to meet their minimums. We then have to manually bill the member for their item when we finally place the master order. The POS system would need to have sizes, colors, and vendor item # fields added to it. Would also need ability to run member reports to see member items and quantities ordered but not billed. When vendor minimums are met, we would then manually order the product from the vendor and post the fee to the member's account. When fee is posted it also changes open members POS item on order file to ordered. This enhancement would make POS more robust and save much administrative time and member's time.
'Hide on Scheduler' option for members
Half of my members want to be able to see who is playing on the courts around them (helps with organizing big groups) when looking at the schedule. The other half of members would like their names to not show on the other members schedules.
Can the members have an option to hide their information on the schedule when booking courts? Much like an admin can select 'Hide on Scheduler'.
Send Test Email Ability.
Users should be able to preview the email before sending to recipients. This could be accomplished with a "send test email" button on the email compose page. The formatting in the "email compose" window does not accurately represent the format in the actual email that is sent to recipients, especially when changing font size / colour or adding an image to the email. The test email would ensure the sender can make final edits to font colour / size, image size before sending to the recipient(s).
Welcome Email Audit Log
We would like to be able to see an audit log/tracking of the Welcome Email sent to all new members when they join.
Allow members to tip their pro
Right now we have to have a tip item in the POS which has to be overridden with the tip amount. It is very cumbersome. It would be really nice if a member could add a tip to their lesson fee
Auto Generate "No Show" list for evaluation to assess "no show" penalty. (Similar to Refund Request list)
Auto generate a list similar to the "Refund Request" list from event/reservation withdrawals, only this list would be a report of "no shows" so that we can decide whether to assess a penalty that we have announced prior as the cost for not showing up for events. When people no show it severely affects the quality of the event for the other participants.
Mass Account Deletion
Could we have an easy way to delete a large number of accounts from our Court Reserve database? We are in the middle of our first registration renewal process using Court Reserve and would like to delete the people who did not renew their memberships and the people who did not accept our invitations to join from the waitlist (we set up a "waitlist membership type" to use temporarily until the official CR waitlist becomes available). We plan to first download reports of the people we will delete for our records.
Be able to make split payments between giftcards and credit cards in the Point of Sale, not just cash and giftcard.
Is there a solution in the works regarding the POS when you have someone using a gift card/certificate? Right now the only option is for people to just use the gift card with a split cash payment. No way to use a CC and a gift card that I am aware of. We sell a ton of gift certificates during the holidays and it causes a big problem for us when people try to use them.

Block member from adding American Express credit card in profile
A member can add AmEx in their profile account as their card on file. We do not accept AmEx payments. Can you block this at the front end?
Automatic monthly recurring billing and registration for weekly events that are ongoing
For our events that are ongoing such as our weekly Junior Competitive Team, we would like to have automatic monthly billing and automatic re-registration so the family does not have to re-register and payment comes out of their account automatically each month, in the same way their monthly membership payment does.
Allow members to register for an event when they check in on a kiosk
With many pickleball programs being drop-in play, can the kiosk allow member to register for a "drop-in" event as well as check in for that event at the same time?
student report cards
We have templates for student rating and "report cards" to show progression, We would like the ability to have these uploaded and appear in the patron's profile so the student or parent can see online from their profile once logged in how the student is progressing, and what new class they should register for.
Member's group creation based on custom fields
Having ability to create a dynamic membership group based on defined custom fields. In our sign-up form, we have several custom fields for members to express their interest in league play or socials or similar. Having a dynamic list of members that responded (filled in) and be able to create a membership group with specific criteria based on custom fields would be a nice feature.
Ability to set up automatic emails that send after events, court reservations, lessons, etc.
As a club manager, I want to send a thank you to the players who played with us to improve their experience further. I want to write a custom email that will send after an event, court reservation, or another type of session a member signs up for. I want to set the duration of time the email is sent (for example, send one hour after event ends). I want it to send to all the players who attended the session.
How might I use this?
- To promote future events or court reservations
- To promote products
- To promote giving us a review
- To educate with follow-up coaching material
This feature will increase conversion for more players to sign up for more events, court reservations, and more.
Limit reservation number by reservation type
We wish to limit the number of reservations for a specific reservation type. ie, 1 reservation to play tennis, 1 reservation to use a ball machine on specific courts.
Allow Players to check into their court on their own - With no staff on site
It would be nice to have the capability for a member to check-in via the app when they arrive at the court, essentially if the app could geo-locate the member to see if they are literally at the courts since there would be no staff/front-desk on site.
That way we could charge players a no use fee if they no-show for their reservation.
Prevent sandwich times exluding beginning of day
Prevent sandwich times with ability to exempt the opening hour/beginning of the day. For example, club opens at 6am but lots of patrons like to come at 6:30am. Currently it's all or nothing and this prevents many people from booking. If opening time moves to 6:30am, this prevents the 7am patrons from booking.
Report Scheduler
Have the ability to set reports to run with pre-set parameters on a specified schedule that are then automatically emailed out.
Bulk edit events
Our club uses CR exclusively with Events and we have a lot of them. It's a lot of clicking to go through and update 43 events, especially when each one pops up a new tab. Can we get a way to bulk edit events? Things like Hide Event on Event List and Calendars would be great as we build the events in advance but don't want to show them to the end users until we are ready to turn them on.
Cancelation penalties for events
Add the same sort of Cancellation Penalty tracking that exists for reservations to Events.
Program Filter - Separate the two clauses in ""Hide Ineligible and/or Programs with no remaining spot(s)"
By separating the two clauses in ""Hide Ineligible and/or Programs with no remaining spot(s)", we could create a Program Filter that would exclude Programs that are full but still display Programs that the viewer might be ineligible for. Example: we would like to create a public link to show only Summer Camps that have availability BUT since our Camps have an age restriction (7 - 10 years old), no Camps display because the user would have to have an account and an entered DOB and even then, if they are a parent, they still wouldn't be able to view the camps because they are not the correct age.
