Prime Time for Events
I was informed that the Prime Time setting only affects court bookings and not Events. Our club would certainly take advantage of the Prime Time setting if it were available for events. Please consider adding this.

Enhance Admins Troubleshooting Ability
Allow Super Admin the ability to Impersonate a member in order to increase Admin troubleshooting ability
Currently if a member has a problem that an Admin is diagnosing the Admin goes through a list of questions to determine what the issue is. Admins are often dealing with members with limited computer skills. Asking a member to describe what they are experiencing, Zoom share or to send screenshots is laborious. Requesting Chat Support adds time to Admins and pulls resources from CR. Understandably Chat Support is not available 24 hrs. a day or weekends.
Benefits of Super Admin role with the ability to 'Impersonate' a member:
- Super Admin could quickly experience what the member is seeing & significantly reduce troubleshooting time of the Admin & CR Chat Support
- Super Admin could provide select Admins the ability to impersonate
- Limiting this feature to a Super Admin would increase the Club's control of this troubleshooting feature and reduce the chances of an Admin impersonating a member and making unauthorized purchases.
- This would be similar to the functionality that CR Support has now.

Support deep links to launch/enter the mobile app
We'd like to see support for deep links to CR Mobile. For example, we have a main club mobile site (runs in the mobile browser) and we'd like to have URLs on our site that launch the mobile app (if it's installed, or direct the user to optionally install the app) when they click on the link.

Break out taxes on invoices
It is important that sales and dues tax be broken out on invoices to minimize state audit concerns and to clearly communicate to members the actual dues before taxes.

Improved membership description for portal settings
Right now, what is shown on the member's portal as feature list is not complete. It only it only lists the days in advance, court count per week/per day, hours before reservation cancellation penalty, and costs.
If you have rules setup for number of hours per week or any other restriction, it is not extracted from the system. Extracting a full rule deck from the system and displaying clearly on the member's portal would be good as oppose to using "Add additional feature" for each membership type and listing rules that have not been extracted.
If we have to go with "Add additional feature", it would we good to have one place that all non-extracted features are captured by the admin and, under membership portal settings, there is a pull-down menu what to include. Right now for every membership type, you have to add the feature even though it might be the same feature for all memberships (example could be a by-pass rule and number of hours prior to court time).

Custom Field to Populate in admin email
If I had a custom field question for a new player signup it would be great to have an option to have that show up in the admin email to review when they sign up.

Batch Billing
Batch Billing- ability to filter invoices using multiple dates. Currently you are able to filter through a date, example through 3/12. Would like the ability to filter with two dates, example 3/1 - 3/12, to eliminate mailing/creating two invoices to someone who had a February invoice, but has not paid yet.

Calendar for Reservations
It would be very helpful if there was a calendar view for Reservations (weekly) like there is for events, so I can view all of the reservations/bookings for the week, instead of only looking at the schedule day by day.

Court Utilization Event Stats
We desire to review court utilization data to determine how much of available court time is consumed by league play. We have events for various leagues. The court utilization report has a box where you appear to have the ability to enter the events you want captured in the utilization report. But that does not work. the system is looking only at reservation types, not event types.

Split the option to add vs delete family members
We would like people to be able to ADD members to their family but not DELETE them since we are having people accidentally deleting members. Could these be two separate options? Currently the option is to add/delete members or not.

Treat Pre-Purchase button similarly to Purchase button on the My Family Interface
Currently when we set up our memberships to expire, a Purchase button appears next to each family member's name so that any adult in the family can purchase new memberships for everyone in the family. When we set up the "pre-purchase" scenario so that people can buy new memberships while their existing memberships are still active, the Pre-Purchase button only appears for the logged on person and not for the rest of his family. Can you make the pre-purchase button appear for everyone, just like it does for the Purchase button?

Allow anyone listed on the reservation to make a change.
At a private club, without court fees (dues in lieu) anyone in a reservation group would like to have the ability to modify a reservation. Versus just the initial reserver.

Add ability to sort the landing page of POS to have your most frequently purchased items appear first so you don't have to always go to the category list. Eliminates this step and allows users to quickly process sales.

Reservation Report by date range - Showing Covid-19 Vaccination status for all booking players and partners
There is now an excellent "Attendance" report for Events that can show all participant's Vaccination status.
For Events. Run an attendance report for any particular date or range.
Alternatively, you can also run an Events - Registrant Detail report, and include Covid-19 status.
There is currently nothing similar for Reservations.
In B.C., we must currently check the vaccine passport for all participants at every event, or record the vaccination status for all players and screen players with an unknown status. We are doing the latter, but it would be impossible to do this for court reservations.
I would recommend adding the Covid-19 Vaccination status as an available field in Reports - Reservations.
The tricky bit, is the report would need to show the status for the partners as well as the booking player.

Allow Event Restrictions using Dynamic Groups
Please allow us to use Dynamic Member Groups and not just Static Member Groups in the Event Registration Restrictions. Dynamic groups would allow us to easily manage our members and the events would automatically update based on our update of members.

Alert System Users when booking over maximum Allowed Guests
When our System Users are making a booking on the scheduler, we want them to be able to see when the primary player on the booking has used their maximum allowed guests, so that they know they are overriding a restriction. Right now, they would have to go check their profile every time they book a guest.

Add Bulleted and Numbered Lists to the editor in page builder. These are standard html editing functions already supported in the editor.
When building html pages, it would be nice to have the ability to easily create lists. I see even this view of the editor has a lists button. Would just like something similar in the page builder editor.
